Every time I exit the 101 to head over Coldwater I see it… Hugo’s Tacos: a small shack with a vibrant logo and a line around the block. Since I rarely head into Beverly Hills (via Coldwater) unless it’s for a meeting, I never seem to have time for this little hovel slinging Mexican fare.
