
Parmesan Lemony Goodness
Dress up your chicken for the holidays with this simple recipe that’s packed with complex flavor! Here’s what you’ll need:
Bone-in, Skin-on Chicken Breasts
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Fresh Parsley chopped
Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper

Stuffing Your Chicken
Preheat oven to 450. Mix the cheese, lemon zest, parsley, salt and pepper together in a small bowl. Separate the chicken skin from the breast with your fingers (don’t pull it all the way off, just make a small pocket). Stuff the mixture into the little pocket you’ve created and place breast in a roasting pan. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Ready to Roast
Cook until skin is crispy and meat is cooked through (about 30 minutes). Serve with our Rosemary Mashed Potatoes for the perfect winter supper!
