Bite Sized Cherry Cheesecake

Say Cheeeese-cake

I cannot take credit for this idea… my sister in law Tricia made these for a party over the holidays and I thought it was so clever I decided to steal it! It’s so simple to make (after all, we’re using a Jello no-bake cheesecake!) and party guests love anything in miniature!

What You’ll Need

1 Box of Jello No-Bake Cheese Cake w/ Cherry Topping

Butter – per package instructions

Milk – per package instructions

Cupcake Liners

Crust

Mix together graham cracker crust and butter per package instructions. Place cupcake liners in a cupcake pan and fill the bottom of each (about 1″ tall) with graham cracker. Butter your fingers and press the graham cracker crust into shape.

Fill 'er Up

Mix together milk and filling per package instructions then use a large spoon or measuring cup to fill each cupcake paper up with filling. Put into the fridge and allow to cool per package instructions.

Cherry On Top

Once cheesecake has hardened top each cake with a dollop of cherry filling.

Dessert!

You can serve the cheese cakes in their wrapper or remove them from the wrapper and put them on a tray… either way, they’ll be delicious!

You can also use a vanilla wafer instead of the graham cracker crust which makes it a lot faster.
